How to pair Headset:
1.Power On: Long Press MFB button around 3 second, Red and Blue light alternate flashing and accompanied “turn on” prompt tone
2.Power Off: Long press MFB button around 3 second, Red flashes and a prompt “turn off” prompt.
3.Pairing : Long press MFB button of L and R 3 seconds respectively, Red and Blue light alternate flashing and wait for 10 seconds, Two earbuds will automatec interconnection, and then double-click on one of the headphones MFB button(set it to host),The headphone indicator light stops, the main headphone shows red and blue flashing.
4.Connect will Phone: Open phone setting–Bluetooth–click “HTK18”, After earphone connected, The headphone indicator light stops with a“connected”prompt.
5. After pairing with the phone, the headset light stops blinking
6.The earphones itself can not adjust the volume, adjusting the volume of the devices(such as mobile phones, watches) that connected with the earphones could raise/lower the earphones’ volume.
7.Only the main host earphone can answer phone calls, the other earphone cannot hear the sound from the calls.
Warm Tips:Sometimes earphones’ signal might be interrupted,that is because Bluetooth earphones signal transmission is interfered by other strong signal. Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
